Refund Policy

Our treatments are non-refundable once performed, due to the nature of aesthetic services.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or changes are made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment and notify us more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a new date.

• Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with treatment results, as outcomes can vary depending on individual skin, anatomy, and lifestyle factors.

• If a treatment is deemed medically unsuitable, a full consultation fee may still apply.
